Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about the AIgentSphere Pilot Program
What types of AI agents can be built during the pilot? The pilot program supports a wide range of AI agent types, including customer service agents, data analysis agents, process automation agents, research assistants, and sales/marketing agents. During the discovery phase, we will work closely with your team to identify and prioritize the most valuable use cases for your specific organizational needs and goals.
What technical requirements are needed to participate? Ideal participants should possess IT infrastructure compatible with cloud services, primarily Microsoft Azure, although integration with AWS or Google Cloud is possible. Existing investments in these major cloud ecosystems are beneficial. Additionally, participants should have established data security and compliance frameworks in place and be able to allocate technical resources to support the implementation and integration process.
How much does the pilot program cost? The standard fee for the comprehensive 12-week pilot program is $75,000. This investment covers the development of up to 10 custom AI agents tailored to your requirements, full access to the AIgentSphere platform for the duration of the pilot, a dedicated Customer Success Team (including a Program Manager, Solutions Architect, and AI Engineers), all necessary implementation and support services, and comprehensive training and documentation for your team.
How long does the pilot program last? The core pilot program is structured to run for 12 weeks. This period is divided into distinct phases: Discovery & Planning (Weeks 1-2), Agent Development (Weeks 3-6), Deployment & Onboarding (Weeks 7-8), and Active Management & Optimization (Weeks 9-12). Following the 12-week core program, several transition options are available based on your organization's needs.
What happens after the pilot program ends? Upon completion of the 12-week pilot, we conduct a formal evaluation process together to assess the success against defined metrics, document key learnings, and identify potential areas for platform improvement based on your feedback. Based on the outcomes and your strategic goals, customers can choose to transition to a full production license with expanded usage, extend the pilot for further evaluation, opt for a gradual increase in scope through phased expansion, or conclude the engagement if it is determined not to be the right fit at that time.
How are participants selected for the pilot program? We select participants through a careful evaluation process based on several key criteria: technical readiness and compatibility, clarity and potential impact of the proposed AI agent use cases, demonstrated executive sponsorship and commitment, willingness to provide detailed feedback and participate in case studies, and strategic alignment with our target industry segments. We aim for a diverse cohort representing priority industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, and Technology, with varied use cases and technical environments.
