CEO and Co-Founder

Quinton brings decades of experience in enterprise technology, risk management, and AI strategy. With a background spanning financial services, defense, and telecommunications, he founded Aigentsphere to solve the governance gap that emerges when organisations deploy AI agents at scale. He is passionate about building systems that make AI safe, accountable, and effective.

Kelly Bayer Rosmarin

Chairperson and Co-Founder

Kelly is a leading Australian business executive, technology leader and corporate director. With a career spanning top-tier CEO and management roles, Kelly brings decades of experience in enterprise risk, digital transformation, and corporate governance. A Stanford-educated engineer and ATSE Fellow, she leverages her deep expertise in scaling global businesses and driving innovation to help guide Aigentsphere's mission of bringing robust, board-ready governance to the AI revolution.

Mike Zimmerman

Investor and Board Member

Mike Zimmerman is a co-founder and Partner at Main Sequence, a deep tech venture capital firm backing companies to solve the planet's greatest challenges in food, healthcare, climate, space, security and industrial resilience. Main Sequence was started in partnership with the Australian Government and National Science Agency, and manages just over $1B AUM with 70+ portfolio companies. Prior to Main Sequence, Mike spent more than 20 years as a founder, executive and investor in technology companies in Australia and the US, and worked with Bain & Company and Goldman Sachs. Mike is a Director of the Australian Investment Council and a Board Member of Stanford University's Business School Fund. He holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BA (honours) from Amherst College.
